What data we collect

When you contact us through Instagram Direct, Telegram or in person, we process the information you provide: your name or username, contact details, message content, and appointment details (services, dates, visit history). Our website does not use advertising trackers and does not require registration.

Why we process it

Solely to respond to your enquiries, schedule and manage appointments, maintain your visit history for better service, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.

Instagram messages

If you message our Instagram accounts, we receive your message through Meta's Messaging API and store it in our customer-service system so our team can reply and keep context of the conversation. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in responding to customer enquiries.

Storage and security

Data is stored on secured servers in the European Union, protected by encryption in transit, access control and regular backups. We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing, or data portability. To request deletion of your conversation history and personal data, send us a message with the word "DELETE" from the account you contacted us with, or reach us at the studio. We will delete your data within 30 days unless we are legally required to retain it.
